Delusion is defined as a fixed false belief which continues to persist even after providing proof to the contrary.
A dream is a subconscious experience of a sequence of sounds, ideas, emotions or other sensations usually during sleep. People come out of a dream into complete conscious state and realise that what they exprienced what not and is not true.
Now, would you still be under the delusion that dreams can be delusions under any circumstance of consciousness?
